The August social was a Macrame workshop at a members home which was attended by 15 club members all very keen to learn a new craft. Led by amatuers Sandra and Michelle we managed to get through a fun filled day with a positive result. Although it was a challenge for some attendees everyone did finish their plant pot hangers and they looked fantastic so well done to all. Socials are encouraged for members to get together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere and to have a break from volunteering which is our main focus. We also have monthly coffee mornings and book club and craft most Fridays. The club si always looking for new members so feel free to contact the secretary at secretary@quotacoolum.com
